BIOGRAPHY:

Miss World Colombia 2012 was crowned in a private ceremony which took place earlier this week, and she is Barbara Turbay, 19, a Communication university student who from Bogota currently residing in Miami.

Barbara participated in Miss Bogota (Universe) 2011-12 and placed second. Her cousin, Paola Turbay, was Miss Colombia and vice-Miss Universe back in 1992.
